Our Mission
To leverage the transformative power of the outdoors as a catalyst for personal growth, healing, and connection for youth and young adults facing life’s challenges.
Since 2016, the organization has served over 1000 youth, 95% of whom identify as a person of color, through its partnerships with Denver Public Schools and nearby Charter networks.
The Medicine of the Mountains
​Colorado Treks provides outdoor adventures and Healing Modality programs led by people who reflect the community they serve, and school programming centered around culturally-responsive, standards aligned outdoor and eco-justice education curriculum
